John T Nadolny
John T. "Jack" Nadolny, longtime resident of Waukesha, died peacefully at his home at the age of 92 on Dec. 15, 2017. He graduated from Pulaski High School (’43) in Milwaukee and from Purdue University (’47) where he was a member of the Triangle Fraternity as well as the golf and swim teams. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and being involved in their lives. He enjoyed golfing and swimming and he remained a life-long fan of Purdue University. On Sept. 15, 1951 he married Elizabeth (Betty) Steinwand in Colby, WI with whom he was happily married for 66 years. She will miss him deeply as will their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Jim (Bev) Nadolny and their children Rachel (Lee) DeWitt and Jonathan; Fr. Paul Nadolny S.V.D. of Mozambique; Ann (John) Luckey and their children Jennifer, John and Michael; Joe (Nancy) Nadolny and their children Kim (Chris) Sloan and daughter Brielle, and Nicole (Adam) Matuka and daughter Teigan; Mary Garrity and her children TJ and Matt; Dave (Mary) Nadolny; and Steve (Tami) Nadolny. He will also be remembered and missed by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Peter and Anna Nadolny and sister Violet Walker. He was a member of St. Joseph's Parish in Waukesha since 1954 serving in a number of capacities. He was also active in Waukesha Serra Club, Knights of Columbus, Society of Automotive Engineers and St. Vincent de Paul Society. He retired from two careers - an automotive engineer in 1982 and as a financial planner in 2003.
The visitation for Jack will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at Cesarz Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 N East Ave, Waukesha, WI.
