Dorothy was a very loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She taught first grade at Whittier Elementary in Waukesha for 24 years. In retirement, she was an avid gardener, quilter, sewer, doll and bear-maker, baker and cook. Dorothy, first and foremost, lived her life for Christ. She had been an active member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church since the mid-1950’s. Her passion and love for the Lord shone brightly through her commitment to starting a Beautiful Savior school library, sewing quilts for the needy, and putting others before herself.

East Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186. Burial will take place at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Tess Corners, WI at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (see address above).
