Timothy James "Tim" Mathews
Timothy James “Tim” Mathews, lifelong resident of Waukesha, joined his father for a round of golf at the big course in the sky on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 63. He was born on November 24, 1953, the son of James and Nova Mathews. Tim graduated from Catholic Memorial High School and received his degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He worked at General Electric for many years and owned and operated Schlotzsky’s Deli in Oconomowoc with his wife, Sue. In his spare time, Tim also enjoyed working as a Real Estate agent. Tim will be missed by his wife, Sue; daughters, Amanda (Jake) Gustafson and Tracy Mathews; precious new granddaughter, Laine; his mother, Nova; and his four-legged companion, Mallory. He joins his father, Jim; and siblings, Mike Mathews and Mary Roth in Heaven.
